I am Aljoša Marjanović (26) from Slovenia. My background is working in a marketing agency, here I developed an in depth understanding of how to attract customers and what makes them buy. I have now chosen to specialise in advertising floating centres to help owners introduce new customers to their services. With the proven formula I have developed your success is my success.
Through extensive research of the market I have noticed that the owners of floats don’t necessarily know how to advertise their services very well, because they are not aware of the cutting edge developments in marketing technology. My background gives me in depth knowledge of digital marketing, sales funnels and commercial psychology.
Q: What are your past results?
It is difficult to describe all the results briefly, as each client has different business goals.
As an illustration I have attached below the increased traffic to client’s websites (leads, closed deals and increased revenue naturally followed).
Other metrics are even more subjective, as it depends on:
- the capacity of the client
- the price of the service relation to the market
- time of the year
- the quality and quantity of the client’s social proof
- the price of digital advertising in a certain country
- the method of collecting inquiries (form, email, phone)
- and other factors.
Q: Do you think we are right for each other?
Depends on the circumstances, which are unavoidable.
Before I can give a more specific answer, we need to look at the following:
- margin
- (free) capacities
- quality of service
- the capacity of the working staff
- the level of your existing marketing
- retention rates
- competition
If any of these criteria are not suitable, then I may not be the right solution for you in this moment.
Q: What is your way of working?
(Lets say we agree on terms and we made a deal.)
- Firstly I will build your landing pages for different target groups (or even build the whole website if the old one is really bad)
- I will pay for entire digital marketing budget to get people to a landing page or website
- I then create customised links (UTM) so that we know which customers came through which channel (or we agree beforehand on a different counting of new customers)
- New customers come for scheduled appointments
- For every new customer, you only pay me the pre-agreed amount of €
Important questions before we move on:
Very dependent. I know how to do the entire process from start to finish by myself and I am also the supervisor of everything. If it’s too much work, I have 1 programmer to help with technical stuff and one marketing person for each language (who has to be native speaker). Namely, my mother tongue is Slovenian, but I only speak Croatian (C1 level) , Serbian (C1 level), English (B2 level) and I understand the basics of Spanish (A1 level). Therefore, I practically need external help for almost all languages haha 🙂
If you are from a country where I don’t have any marketing person to translate, then I find him and check his knowledge through internet platforms.
For obvious results, we have to wait a maximum of 2-3 weeks. If there are no results after 3 weeks (which I find hard to believe), we can terminate our cooperation without period of notice.
I have different arrangements with different clients. The fact is that it is very difficult for us to know 100% exactly which customer came because of my advertising. But we can say it with about 80-90% accuracy.
There are several ways. Each method has some advantages and disadvantages. It is important that the agreed method suits both.
Here are some ways to measure:
- I can create my own landing pages with custom forms. (Calls cannot be received this way)
- We can look at past occupancy numbers in a given month and determine the expected number of customers (Here we can make mistakes in the estimation)
- I can create special so-called UTM links, through which you can see which person came from which channel. (We also cannot count calls here)
The most important thing in this matter is mutual trust and help. After all, we are sailing in the same boat.
We arrange the payment method depending on the country and its laws. This is usually a regular business invoice.
But in the contracts I have that the commission is paid every week (at least at the beginning of the cooperation).
There are two reasons for this:
1. Because I invest my money in marketing for (almost) every client and it affects my business cash flow.
2. Because in this way I protect my downside if the client does not want to pay the agreed amount. This way, I “only” lose quoter the money I would have if I invested the entire month in clients marketing budget.
You can. We usually agree on such terms when the risk is too high for me, but the client still wants my service.
I can also offer:
- Creation of an entire new (marketingly 100% proven) website (2,000€)
- System for upselling floating packages (300€)
- A system for measuring your team’s success in selling packages (300€)
My commission varies based on my growth potential, added value, and estimated risk.
The more free capacity you have, the more customers I can bring to you and the lower commission per customer I can offer you.
We usually agree with the clients that my commission for the first month is 80%-100% of the first purchase. Selling packages and other upsells to the first customers is yours.
With this, I reduce the risk of my downsides, and you practically know that the visit will only cost you one booking.
After a period of one month, we usually goo on a Zoom call and have a transparent discussion about the work. The goal is to find a win-win situation.
I calculate cost per acquisition (CPA) on the basis of a 1-month period, and in addition, I also predict the CPA for the future.
If these numbers are acceptable, I can offer much better terms. Usually, with clients, we find an acceptable commission somewhere around 30%-40% of the first purchase (including the “ad spend”).
This way, you have a profit already on the first float, and you also have a lot of eyes for upsells.
You should understand that I I do not want to gamble, but I’m willing to take a calculated risk based on the knowledge, experience and data that I have.

Q: Where are you located?
In principle, I am in Ljubljana, but sometimes I also visit my clients to get to know them and their floats in person.
